1. Defect-free items (no warranty issues)
We accept returns for defect-free items for 30 days since the delivery date.
If 30 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
1.1 Fully packed, unused items
To be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original delivery charges), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
Please carefully pack your return, as we cannot issue refunds for items damaged due to poor packaging of a return.
Please also note that we do not reimburse the expenses you carry to ship the defect-free item back to us.
Once we've received and inspected the return, we'll email to advise on when we refund you, so make sure you post it back to us in good time.
1.2 Unpacked, components missed or used
You may return a defect-free item that you have already used within 30 days since the delivery date under the same conditions, namely: all the default components must be sent back in the original package carefully packed. We do not reimburse the expenses you carry to mail the item back to us.
These are situations where we reserve the right to grant only partial refunds or reject a refund:
- If any item that is not in its original condition;
- If any item damaged not due to our error;
- If any items are missing.
2. Items that arrived damaged (warranty issues)
2.1 Repair wanted
If there's a problem with the item performance, please email our customer care team asap at support@hudway.co.
Attaching some photos or videos will help us understand what to do — we can either send you over some components, or repair it, or get you a new device and pick up the faulty one.
2.2 Refusal to repair, return & refund wanted
Damage claims must still be reported to support@hudway.co within 30 days of delivery and prior to returning the item. Once we make sure the damage is a factory one, we arrange the collection of the device and further full refund of the purchase including original delivery charges.
