In plain language:
For 1 year from the date your HUDWAY Drive is delivered to you, it will work and look as advertised.
If it doesn't, email us and we'll see what we can do about it — normally, we either repair or replace it.
If it gets scratched, damaged or broken because of what you do with it, we won't agree to cover it by the warranty.
In legalese:
HUDWAY warrants that the HUDWAY Drive will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery.
HUDWAY does not warrant against:
- Normal wear and tear or other cosmetic damage
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, acts of nature, or other external causes
- Damage caused by modifications or alterations of the device without prior written permission by HUDWAY, including without limitation modifications or alterations by unauthorized service providers
- Damage caused by connections to cables not supplied by HUDWAY
- Damage caused by a vehicle and/or mobile device to which the device is connected
HUDWAY may address valid claims under this warranty by, at its sole option, repairing, replacing (with a new or refurbished product), or refunding the purchase price for the product.
