Do I pay any import fees to receive my HUDWAY Drive order?

Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges.

We have a warehouse in Utah to ship domestic (US) orders. If you're a US customer, you won't have to pay any customs fees.  

Orders to all other countries are shipped from Riga, Latvia. Latvia is part of EU, which is why EU customers don't pay import fees either. In other countries, legislation varies and you may be subject to the customs fees. 

HUDWAY does not pay or reimburse international taxes, duties or brokerage fees, nor do we include these fees in the cost of delivery. These charges are imposed by the destination country and we are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges.

Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Sometimes these charges are significant; please take this into account when you place your order.

You will need to pay these fees before your order can be delivered. If the shipping carrier is unable to collect duties and brokerage fees associated with your order, the package must be abandoned. No refund can be issued because we cannot reclaim the shipment once it has been abandoned.

Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will be deducted from your order amount in case of refund.

Please also note that we cannot mark your package as a gift since this is unlawful and could jeopardize our ability to continue exporting products.
