To deal with incoming requests and questions from our customers we use the Zendesk system. Our customer care team is in touch during weekdays.
Generally, there is no need to create a Zendesk account to reach out to our customer care team – you’re always welcome via regular email at support@hudway.co.
Alternatively, you may create an account in Zendesk to keep track of your requests. You can do it in our Help Centre. There will be no need to look through your inbox to find a particular conversation you need at the moment. Besides, if you use the same email address for account creation you used before for emailing us, you can find all the previous requests in the My tickets section.
Let us follow you through the process.
Account creation
On our Help Centre main page you can either create an account or submit a request.
There is no need to be logged in for request submission. You just need to fill in the form and send your request.
To make an account just enter your email address and create a password for it clicking Sign In.
Then click Sign Up.
Fill in the details requested and follow the steps.
Profile editing
To go to the Profile section log in to your account, then click on your name and choose Profile.
In the Profile section you can set or edit your name and indicate or update your email address.
To edit the password for your account go to the section Change password and follow the steps requested.
Ticket status in your account
Having an account you can also find more info about every ticket you ever submitted. You can see which ticket/request has been resolved and which one is pending, waiting for your reply.
To find this info click on your name in the right top corner and go to the Requests.
In the Requests section you can find your ticket number and the current ticket status.
To look into the communication history click on the ticket.
Important note: If there is a pending ticket you haven’t replied to, you will receive several automatic notifications by the system. They just remind you to get back to the email sent from the customer care team to resolve the case asap. If you feel like no further steps are required, just ignore the notifications and the request will be closed.
Password recovery
At the top of the main page click Sign In.
Then click Forgot password?.
Enter the email address you used for the account originally.
An automatic email with steps to recover the password will be sent to this email address.
