You can place an order in our HUDWAY Online Store two ways – being logged in to your account or without logging in or having an account at all. Although there is no strict necessity of account creation, in case you have one, it would be much easier to manage your order and follow-up on its status.
Let us give you a hand on how to handle your account.
Account creation
1. To create an account in the HUDWAY Online Store scroll the page down. At the bottom of the page you will see the Login and Register. Click on the Register.
2. Fill in the form with your name and email address. All the fields marked with * are necessary. The rest of them you can edit later.
3. When you finish it, you’ll see the notification now you own an account. Congrats!
Account management
When you’re logged in, scroll the page down and click on Your account.
There are different useful sections in your account:
Under the Orders section you can keep track of all the orders you’ve ever placed in the HUDWAY Store.
If you click on a particular order, you will see the order number, shipping status, invoice printing, etc.
Clicking Messages you can contact our customer care team and check our replies.
Note that each request is associated with a particular order, so it’s better if you create a request for the order your questions are related to.
Our reply to the message sent through your account will appear in your account only. But, we’ve also set an automatic notification about it via email for your convenience.
In the Addresses section you can store, edit and delete all the addresses which can be used for auto-fill-in while purchasing.
Use Account settings to manage your name, email address, company name (optional), phone number and password.
Password recovery
- At the bottom of the main page click Log In.
- Then click Forgot password?.
- Enter your email address for password recovery and follow the standard instructions from the automatic email.
