When pre-ordering at HUDWAY store, we'll ask you to provide your address and shipping information. You can update it at any time prior to your product being shipped in your HUDWAY Store account or by emailing our customer care team at email@example.com.
Your card is charged the very moment you're placing the pre-order (at the checkout). At any time before we notify you that your order has shipped, you can request a full refund —we'll refund you the full amount at the earliest opportunity.
We typically ship by batches on a first come, first served basis. You can double-check when your order arrives with our customer care team.
Sometimes there may be delays in the shipping schedule you saw when placing your order — most often, this hapens because we're improving something with the manufacturer and it takes extra time, testing and prototyping to confirm that the modifications made can be applied to the new batches of products.
Normally, we post an update every few months sharing what we've done about the software and the hardware. But if you want any details in between, our customer care team will gladly help.
