Requesting subscription refund on iOS
HUDWAY does not have the ability to process refunds since all purchases are processed through your app store. To request a refund through Apple, follow these steps below:
- Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
- Login with your Apple ID
- Find HUDWAY Go in your Purchases list
- Click on Report a Problem In the Choose Problem drop down, select "Didn't mean to purchase this item"
Apple should process the refund within 48 hours.
Requesting subscription refund on Android
Please email us at email@example.com to get your subscription refunded (we'll need the GPA of your purchase which should be indicated in the receipt you get at your email).
Alternatively, check Google Play refund policy.
