As part of the process, we will need a proof of purchase — it can be a screenshot of your order confirmation or simply your order number.
We accept returns for defect-free items for 30 days since the delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
Damage claims must be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of delivery and prior to returning the item.
Carefully pack your return, as we cannot issue refunds for items damaged due to poor packaging of a return.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding original delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so make sure you post it back to us in good time.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the money will be returned to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days*.
There are certain situations where we reserve the right to grant only partial refunds or reject a refund:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
*Please note that the time to receive a refund may vary. Our customer service agents will advise it at when responding to your request.
