Normally, HUDWAY Cast and a smartphone will have a stable wireless connection. However, you may experience the two disconnect unexpectedly.
If this happens, please allow for a few seconds for wireless the connection to restore automatically. If it won't, please:
1. Access your phone Settings > Wi-Fi.
2. Select HUDWAY Cast as network and tap to connect to it.
3. On iPhones: Access the Control Centre, tap Screen Mirroring and select HUDWAY Cast in the list of compatible devices.
On Android devices: Enable Screen Cast/Screen Share, etc. option in the pull-down notification bar or in the device settings.
If the problem repeats, please check that Energy saving mode is not enabled on your device, as this may account for shutting off the streaming protocol.
