Order processing and shipping

Most orders ship will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 4 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or US and EU holidays.

Occasionally, items may be out-of-stock or backordered. When this happens, we’ll email you about it and tell you an approximate shipping date.

When placing your order, please review your shipping address carefully. Shipping fees are non-refundable and we are unable to make changes once your order is placed as we try our best to process and ship it as quickly as possible.


To confirm that your order has been placed successfully, we’ll send you a confirmation email shortly after you’ve placed your order. If you haven't received the confirmation email (and have checked your junk mail) please contact us at support@hudwayapp.com.
